RBI are recruiting a System Trainer to deliver training to our 500 users on three customer relationship management systems (ATEX, salesforce.com, Maximizer) and an ad booking system (ATEX).
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality system training to all sales and support staff. Ideally they will have a TAP qualification, as our session plans follow TAP principles. They will be responsible for updating existing courses and writing and developing new courses.
